Strength and Conditioning Coach for Endurance Athletes

Coach Jen: Triathlon has always played a big role in my life! I have been doing triathlons for over 18 years and have been a USA Triathlon Level 1 Coach since 2001. What a journey it has been! In 2009, I found CrossFit and I have been hooked ever since. I am a CrossFit Level I coach and have been coaching since 2011. I am enjoying coaching CrossFit athletes and triahletes and giving them BOTH a piece of both workouts. I am a much better triathlete with CrossFit and I am a much better CrossFitter with triahtlon. Let me teach you how to put it all together!!
