Had a great weekend...did Cross Fit on Friday at 8:30. I did my first Kipping pull up with out the band. I was just messing around. It was a great morning. I was so JAZZED!
Friday at 6:00...I did my first Pub Run. It was called "Get Lucky" Pub Run thru Lululemon Athletica. It was 6 bars within in 3.4 miles...you do the math! I had a blast. I meet some AWESOME people, hung out with some wonderful friends and just enjoyed myself!
Look at the big picture of your training...HAVE FUN...Enjoy your workouts...Change it up...Meet new people...try something new and if it involves running and drinking once every blue moon. That is ok!
We workout because we love it...we workout out to feel better about ourselves...we workout because it makes us HAPPY:)
