Hi All,
It has been awhile since I have posted on my blog...but I just wanted to say Have a wonderful Christmas and a very Happy New Year. The month of November and December was pretty layed back as far as training...and that is OK. It is what my body craved! I lifted 2x's a week, ran 3x's a week...did Brikam Yoga...rode the bike a few times...spent time with family....went to a couple of movies...got ready for the holidays...baked Gluten-Free Sugar Cookies...found a puppy under our house...still have the puppy...not getting a lot of sleep with the puppy. These last two months were wonderful but I am looking forward to getting back to "LIFE". I am looking forward to getting into a routine of spending time with the hubby, work, spending time with the cat and taking the dog for a walk and of course, working out....and getting ready for the 2008 Triathlon season!. Have a very safe New Year and I will keep you posted more on a weekly basis! Remember it is all about keeping an even BALANCE of LIFE!
